That Fraction of a Second

_mg_0599aIt is said that we process less than a billionth of the stimuli that we are exposed to at any one given moment. The stimuli we do pay attention to, tend to be things that reinforce what we believe exists “out there”. The remaining stimuli pretty much get automatically ignored.

One of the things I love about modern professional cameras is their ability to freeze a moment in time. When used properly, they can give us the actual ability to see things which would normally go unseen…
